Please read all of the following terms carefully before using this platform. By accessing the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kk999 platform and all services provided on it. "Platform" refers to kk999's website, mobile version, and all related digital services. These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and kk999.

By accessing this platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using kk999.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Account Creation

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person will be considered a policy violation and all associated accounts may be closed.

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure, and any bonuses and winnings received may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. kk999 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account; however, if you notice any suspicious activity, please notify our support team immediately.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit

The following mobile banking methods are currently accepted for depositing funds into kk999: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number registered at the time of account creation.

Before processing a withdrawal, kk999 may request completion of identity verification (KYC). This is a standard procedure to ensure the security of the platform.

3.3 Prohibited Transactions

Depositing or withdrawing funds using a third party's account is strictly prohibited. Using the kk999 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited, and such accounts will be immediately suspended.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Withdrawal from the bonus balance is not possible before the wagering requirement is met. Bonus winnings will remain in a "pending" status until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — if not used within the designated time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • If fraud is suspected in connection with any bonus offer, kk999 reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
  • kk999's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

5. VIP Program

kk999's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier can be earned based on regular play and offers weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active participation. VIP benefits may change at kk999's discretion, and kk999's decision on this matter is final.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Fair Play Policy

kk999 ensures equal opportunity for all users as a fair play platform. Our system uses SSL encryption and advanced security technology to keep the outcome of every game impartial.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
